Men's button up shirt made from cotton poplin with vegan leather back panel and trim. Approx size M. Button cuffs and pleats down the front. One side has open pleats and the other side has pleats sewn shut. You could either make a cool DIY project out of it, or if you are handy with a sewing machine, they could easily be unstitched and redone to match the other side. There are a couple of pin holes, especially in the back panels.
