Cowl hooded top made from reflective PVC in metallic silver. This vinyl fabric is exceptionally pretty, especially in the right light. It's reflections look like lighting, and the fabric is super stretchy. The chiffon lining is printed with blue + purple binary code. The hood can be worn any number of ways, including cinched closed all + partway, or just let the code spill down over your shoulders! Black metal hardware, and reverse coverstitch detail.
